Please be aware that Xpozer print and mounting systems are designed to fit specific sizes. For example, a 90x60cm mounting system can only be used with a 90x60cm Print. If you already have a hanging system, make sure to take its size into consideration when ordering a new Print.

If you have ordered a Xpozer print and mounting system and they do not fit together as expected, please contact our customer service team at support@myprint.ai. To assist you more quickly, please attach a photo of the mounting system in relation to the Print.
